Launch of the New Tankhouse Website for the Brooklyn Real Estate Studio

We’re excited to announce the launch of the new website for Tankhouse, a Brooklyn-based real estate development studio known for high-quality residential projects with a strong architectural focus. The platform was created in collaboration with our design partner JakobJakob and implemented as a headless website. Technically, it is built with Sanity as the CMS, Next.js for the frontend, and Framer Motion for smooth, dynamic interactions. The result is a high-performance website that brings Tankhouse’s projects and vision to life in a digital format.

Interactive Project Exploration

A key part of the website is the interactive presentation of projects. Users can browse content using custom filters, making it easier to quickly find relevant information. This is complemented by interactive 360-degree views, which allow users to explore spaces in a more immersive way. Various hotspot components provide additional information directly within the visualizations, creating a more exploratory and engaging user experience.
