Arbor College Park

Arbor College Park is a residential community designed for students and young professionals near the University of Maryland campus. The project required a digital platform that presents apartments, amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood in a clear and engaging way. Together with our design partner JakobJakob, we created a modern website that combines strong visual storytelling with a fast and scalable technical foundation. The goal was to communicate the lifestyle and convenience of living at Arbor while supporting prospective residents in exploring available units and learning about the community.

A digital experience that makes exploring apartments intuitive and engaging.

A key feature of the platform is the interactive availability section, allowing prospective residents to explore apartments directly through a visual building overview. Instead of browsing static listings, users can navigate through floors and view available units in context. Filters such as price, move-in date, or number of bedrooms help users quickly narrow down their options. This approach transforms the apartment search into a much more transparent and intuitive experience.

Turning apartment search into an interactive digital experience.

To give visitors a better sense of the location, the website also features an interactive neighborhood map highlighting cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday destinations around College Park. Together with a flexible content structure and high-performance frontend architecture, the platform provides a scalable foundation for future updates and marketing activities. The result is a digital presence that reflects Arbor’s vision: a vibrant student living environment just steps away from campus life.
