Challenge
Hot dishes in waffle cones – a completely new kind of food concept to tempt the taste buds. The challenge: branding and digital brand management in a wide range of channels to present something that has never before existed in this form. From point of sale to responsive website, the brand has to function as an adaptive system and offer food fans a seamless brand experience. Retailing at hotel bars, in airports and so on produces constant new use cases and places new requirements on the brand and the product.


Approach
Communication at digital and analogue touchpoints along the user journey creates optimum awareness. From out-of-home communication via Web and POS displays, all the way to a website with a feedback module – the brand is present at every stage. A direct style and a charming sense of humour convey lightness and approachability.
