STRÖER UX Vision

Holistic UX vision and modular, AI-driven design system for the complex media placement applications of industry leader STRÖER.

The collaboration with Ströer focused on the fundamental modernization of a highly complex application landscape in the media placement sector. As a strategic partner, muse case provided methodical guidance to break through rigid structures and establish a forward-looking UX vision. Through targeted workshops and close consulting, we laid the foundation for user-centered product development that combines technological efficiency with intuitive usability. The focus was not merely on the visual layer, but on the profound optimization of workflows within complex applications to sustainably streamline the daily operations of domain experts.

UX research as the foundation for valid design decisions and operational excellence.

A decisive element of the project was the execution of extensive UX research measures. Through in-depth interviews and user testing, valuable insights were gathered directly from actual user practice. This data-driven validation allowed us to test hypotheses and prioritize features that offer real added value in daily operations. The survey results flowed directly into the user interface design, significantly increasing the acceptance of new features. This methodical approach ensured that innovation at Ströer is not an end in itself but specifically contributes to both user needs and business objectives.

Scalable design systems for consistent experiences in complex software environments.

To ensure consistency across various platforms and tools, we developed a robust and modular design system. This framework serves Ströer as a single source of truth, enabling accelerated development of new modules while maintaining consistently high design quality. Special attention was paid to scalability for complex data visualizations and interactive media placement tools. By clearly structuring components and design principles, the gap between design and development was bridged. The result is a consistent brand experience and significantly increased efficiency in product development, keeping Ströer competitive in the long term.
