Astoria West is a new residential development directly on the East River in Queens, with ferry access to Manhattan. muse case built the digital leasing platform: UX, web development, and the technical integration of illustration, sound, and photography into one cohesive digital experience. Astoria West sits directly on the East River in Queens, a short ferry ride from Manhattan. For the launch of the development, muse case built a digital platform that brings the architecture, location, and the project's illustrated brand world together in one cohesive web experience. The website translates the illustration and sound world created by Monster Rally (Ted Feighan) into a working digital system. muse case integrated artwork, soundtrack, and photography by Ryan Neeven into the page structure, transitions, and navigation, without compromising load times or the findability of information such as availability and floor plans.

Built on Next.js and Prismic CMS, the platform stays fast while availability, floor plans, and content remain editable by the team. The technical foundation supports leasing and marketing of the residences through Compass Development Marketing Group as exclusive leasing agent.
